The European group Econocom relies on Elecom’s know-how in digital transformation for many projects, both in technical services and application development.
Customised form generator with analysis tools
Elecom has adapted its Ecom-SURVEY satisfaction survey solution to meet the exact needs of the DGFIP. Our survey generator has been redesigned to precisely match the surveys deployed. As well as the data feedback system is segmented according to the geographical location of the sites and the internal hierarchy. Each survey contains its own « Live Dashboard » of indicators that can be consulted at any time from a web browser.
Supply and deployment of 45 iPOC 22" touchscreen kiosks
We assisted URSSAF in providing a kiosk corresponding to their desire to digitalise their reception areas. The objective was to adapt the iPOC terminal to the technical requirements imposed by the URSSAF developers: the possibility to identify yourself using a health card reader and the option to print. Therefore, we established the terminology and provided the non-integrated elements for technical validation before production.
Audio-visual integration of all their new premises
We advised the CNM on developing collaborative solutions best suited to their needs. Boardrooms, video conference rooms, training rooms, and shared spaces have been equipped with sound and video. Discover the different achievements in the project description.
Technical services for assembly and deployment
For this project, Econocom only commissioned us to assemble all the equipment sold. Floor stands for the screen on wheels + Samsung professional monitor + camera support.
Design, manufacture, and installation of a custom-made screen box + Installation of screens throughout the school for digital signage
The École du Louvre wanted to digitalise some of its spaces as a renovation project. Samsung professional monitors were placed in certain areas. The objective was to blend in as much as possible with the environment to avoid distorting the space and not to distract too much attention from the artworks on display.
