A touch-sensitive identification and payment terminal

This kiosk integrates all the essential elements for self-service: an INGENICO card reader (IUR250), an INGENICO contactless reader (IUC150B), an iSELF keyboard (IUP250),
A barcode/QR Code reader, an NFC reader/encoder, and a thermal printer.
It was initially designed for the medical environment.
Patient identification via the carte vitale, updating the carte vitale and soon the creation of your DMP.

Is this product customisable?

Our touch terminals can be partially or fully customised:

  • Stickering according to a logo, a graphic charter

  • Change of the initial design and adjustment

An iMED bollard can be delivered in the RAL colour of your choice (EPOXY paint) in a matt or gloss finish.

What is the operating system of the terminal?

The basic OS used is Windows 10 Professional.

Where is IT?

This kiosk is equipped with an integrated PC. It is located in the centre of the kiosk, behind the screen.

Here is the basic configuration:

  • Core i7
  • 8GB RAM
  • 128GB SSD
  • HD Graphics 5000

Windows 10 Pro 6Pro-64-bitu can upgrade or change this configuration.

Can I plug in a USB stick to bring in files?

The iMED terminal has all the latest connections:

  • WIFI
  • USB 3.0
  • HDMI
  • RFID reader
  • NFC Reader / Transmitter

It also features Ethernet, USB 2.0, DVI, and VGA.

What is the screen resolution?

The touch terminal is available in Full HD.

How do I integrate the terminal into my space?

You can integrate the terminal in two ways:

  • Split on the ground: via concrete splits, 4 holes are provided in the base of the bollard to allow this fixing. An opening in the base allows the power and network cables to pass through the floor.
  • Wall-mounted: via concrete splits, 2 holes are provided in the structure of the upper part of the bollard to secure it.
Is this terminal secure?

The bollard is made of a steel structure of 3 to 5 mm thickness. Security locks protect the access hatch to the computer and the integrated elements.

The HELIO software solution, created by Ingenico, is also embedded in the IUP250 module.
